READ BEFORE PURCASHING A PUPPY
Health Guarantee
Gray Kennel (Donna Gray and Jenna Williams) guarantee this puppy is in good health to the best of our knowledge at the time of sale. Your new puppy will be de-wormed and will have its first set of shots; maybe more depending on puppy's age. Your puppy has been health checked by our veterinarian. You must have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of your choice within (3) three days of purchase {Saturday's and Sunday's excluded}. If your puppy, in the opinion of the vet, has any physical problems considered to be life threatening, I will provide you with a healthy replacement puppy of equal value. If there are no puppies available one will be provided from the next available litter whelped. If you choose a puppy of greater value, then you will be responsible for the cost difference. To make a claim you must return your puppy to us within 3 days of the purchase. Also, provide a signed statement from the vet providing date of examination and an explanation as to why the puppy is a poor health risk. The statement must include a description of the symptoms supporting the opinions. All puppy deposits are non-refundable.
This guarantee does not include un-descended testicles, inguinal or umbilical hernias, innocent class 1 or 2 heart murmurs, and Kennel Cough.
There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, for example: allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange, cancer, tumors, growths, mite related illness and other auto-immune disorders that are not covered under this guarantee.

Failure to have the puppy examined within (3) three days of purchase, VOIDS ALL WARRANTIES.
There is a one year guarantee from the puppy's date of birth. The guarantee is as follows: any tests ran for diagnoses of a genetic defect are not paid for. In the event a genetic defect is diagnosed we will provide a puppy at the same value and take the puppy back with a genetic defect. In some situations a certain amount of money (decided by Donna Gray and Jenna Williams) may be offered to help with a surgery; however, documentation must be provided there was a surgery done. Appropriate documentation is necessary from a veterinarian service provider for guarantee to be valid in the event a genetic defect is found. Reimbursement will never exceed more than amount paid for puppy.
Guarantee is only valid for initial purchaser of puppy. In the event a puppy dies within the 72 hour health guarantee or the year guarantee on genetics; puppy must be returned to GRAY KENNEL for veterinarian viewing. If puppy is NOT returned No Reimbursements will be made; unless Gray Kennel has made an exception.
Note: There is no guarantee that this puppy can be shown or bred.
If the puppy is being returned for any health warranty claim, you must also return all registration papers and paperwork provided with the puppy at purchase. Registration papers must be signed, transferring ownership back to Donna Gray and Jenna Williams. Donna Gray and Jenna Williams will not be held responsible for any costs accrued after the sale is final.
Guarantee is not valid in case of accidental death or injury.
